The European Surgical Trade Association, ESTA, is an association of major companies specialized in import and distribution, marketing and sales of quality products for the medical profession.
ESTA has today 16 member companies with a combined turnover of 600 million Euros and some 1750 employees. In an ever-changing healthcare world ESTA is aiming for even closer business relations and common efforts thus strengthening its position and that of its members.
The ESTA mission statement:
"ESTA will provide business development through member interaction and by offering a gateway to the European medical market by way of partnership with selected suppliers."
September 2005 12 ESTA members has been founded a new trade company called : ESTA health care B.V. This company will be active in international trade and ESTA private label. In the meantime the number has been raised to 15 shareholders, and is an ongoing process.
